New Brighton Balustrade

Project Needs

A new family in the home calls for a new balustrade! This project involved replacing an old, out-of-code, wrought iron balustrade with a new custom balustrade to match the needs of the new family.

Project Results

For this balustrade remodel, the client selected:

Red oak newel post
Red oak balusters
Red oak 9100L rail
No bottom rail or baluster shoe

The new balustrade features rounded corners, a handrail to transition perfectly from balcony to stairs, and a custom stain to match the flooring.
