# St. Paul Millwork

### Project Needs

This Summit Avenue home features historic millwork that needed replacing due to water damage. Custom trim was made to match the existing detailing.

### Project Results

For this millwork restoration project, the client selected:

- Corbels, scotia, beadboard, and a custom-milled run of crown molding to match the homes historic details
- Tight grained douglas fir
- Flexible crown molding for the front pediments arched section., tied in perfectly to the horizontal crown molding
