Craftsman Style Balustrade
The clients for this project wanted to update their builder grade balustrade with a custom craftsman style balustrade to match their newly updated door trim and baseboards.
New skirt boards, box newel posts, handrail and new black iron balusters. All of the wooden balustrade parts were stained and finished to match the existing color of the home.

The details matter! These two strange situations deserved extra attention to ensure a cohesive and attractive end product.
The rosette had to be mounted in this particular spot, and the result was that it overhung the wall and was hanging out in space. A custom piece was created to give the look that the rosette extended back into the wall of the overhanging area
One of the baluster shoes overhung the angle section of the shoe board. A custom filet was created and painted to blend into the existing baluster shoe
